Maricopa Manor

The house was a great place to stay for a couple of weeks with our 2 dogs. Communication with Talbot was great; he was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful.

I would have rated the property as excellent, however, there were a few issues (listed below.) I contacted the property manager and he was VERY responsive and did his best to rectify the issues. I just felt that most of it could have and should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. The rooms and space were all very comfortable for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas. (Issues were: kitchen countertops were not cleaned off and cigarette butts were found in the back yard - we cleaned these all up ourselves. Coffee grounds and dirty utensils were in the drawers and had to be cleaned off prior to use. The advertised k-cup coffee maker and pods were not at the property - he had those delivered early the next morning!! The return air vent and filter in the main hallway were filthy- he had a maintenance guy come clean the grate & replace the filter our second day. Multiple light bulbs were missing or burned out - we found some in the kitchen and replaced a few on our own, a lamp and more bulbs were delivered our second day.)Better cleaning and regular routine maintenance would make this an excellent property.

We stayed for two weeks while waiting for our new build home to be completed. It was a pleasant, quiet stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. We had excellent communication with the host. If you need a place to stay in Maricopa, this rental is well worth consideration.

We stayed a week. It was comfortable. A bit farther away from the city square where we were doing our business. The neighborhood is very nice and has a beautiful park close by. Great for walking your dog. Our dog liked it as well. Talbot is easy to communicate with and is prompt in his replies.

The home was in a good location. Walking distance to park and friends.
